Cancellation Policy
Full payment in advance, no security deposit. Read the conditions carefully before confirming your booking.
Full Payment
All bookings must be paid in full in advance. No security deposit is required. No partial payments, pay-later, payment on location or cash on request are accepted.
No Partial Payment
Boat Plug does not offer 30% deposits, partial payments or rest amounts on location. The full booking amount must be received before confirmation.
Damage Liability
No security deposit is collected in advance. Guests remain liable for damage, cleaning, late return, smoking violations or other costs caused during the booking, which will be invoiced separately.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling may be possible based on availability and is at the discretion of Boat Plug. Contact us as early as possible.
Bad Weather
Weather and cancellation conditions are shown before confirmation. If needed, we help find a suitable solution or alternative date based on the policy.
No-Show
If you do not show up, the booking is considered cancelled without refund.
Late Arrival
Please arrive on time. If you are more than 30 minutes late, your reservation may expire and no refund will be issued. The booked time slot cannot automatically be extended.
Group Changes
Changes to group size may affect the selected boat and price. Groups above 12 guests are handled via a request and proposal.
Extension Rules
Extensions are only possible when available. If you want to extend your boat experience, a full additional time slot must be booked and paid in advance.
